Creditors are advised that as a result of an application made to the Supreme Court of New South Wales that the convening period for the administration of Cooks River Motor Boat Club Ltd has been extended until 16 December 2009. The court also approved any interested party approaching the court in respect of the extension.
The matter was heard before Justice White and the precise terms of his orders are as follows:
1. Extending the convening period until Wednesday 16th of December;
2. Making an order pursuant to section 447A of the Corporations Act allowing the Administrator to convene on hold the second meeting at any time within the extended convening period;
3. Reserve in liberty to any interested party to apply in respect of the extension;
4. Creating liberty to the Administrator to relist the matter on notice to the Associate to the Corporations Judge;
5. Directing the Administrator to publish notice of the making of these orders on his website.
